Every new year, I like to come up with a "Year of ____" instead of resolutions. That way, the only resolution I really have is that I get better at that one thing.
2025, for me, is my year of Patience, one I had a few years ago but still continue to want to improve. But as I thought about how to create a ZOX that would effectively embody pretty much any word in our fill-in-the-blank Year of _____, this idea of seeing the good in every situation just kept coming up.
You see, often times we find ourselves overreacting. Maybe we get upset quickly, or the second we face any hardship, we immediately doubt our abilities. But like I wrote on the card, I think that's the wrong perspective:
It's easy to find a reason to be upset.
