Sweeten it to perfection with the included rock sugar; it's derived from beets, and adds a delightful, subtle sweetness just right for tea.  

Crisp Apple Chai black tea contains 40 mg caffeine per serving; brew 1 tsp tea leaves in 8 oz of 190-200 degree water for 3-5 minutes. Lightly sweeten if desired.

Chamomile contains no caffeine. brew 1 heaping tsp blossoms in 8 oz of 190-200 degree water for 3-5 minutes. Lightly sweeten if desired.
