Winter Season Black Tea

All the flavors of the winter holidays come to life in this Ceylon and Assam tea medley. The zesty sweetness of orange pairs with the smoothness of vanilla cream, and these harmonize delightfully with a symphony of spices: cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and ginger.

This tea is best enjoyed warm – you’ll appreciate the very mild astringency of this tea that plays nicely against the acidity of orange and the bite of spices. The cinnamon and ginger notes linger as you finish.

If you like your tea on the sweeter side, add just a little of your favorite honey or sweetener - you’ll notice big changes in the flavor profile so be careful not to overdo it.
